  Warning: There are those out there who will try to tell you the LDS church is a cult. Webster's online dictionary states, "Some critics have tried to apply the cult label to legitimate religious movements in an effort to discredit them. Some conservative Christian writers have been particularly quick to call any religious movement that they disagree with a cult."

  Love this historic building. The spirit is so strong in the chapel, and the mural of Jesus Christ and the woman at the well is very beautiful.

  This beautiful and historic building, locally known as the Manti Tabernacle, was built by settlers of Manti in the 1800s. Like the Manti Temple it is a testament to their faith and industry. The chapel features a large balcony and a mural of the Savior with the woman at the well (John 4). Several congregations meet here on Sundays and the people are very friendly. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to join in the weekly worship services.
